天津市鸿禄食品有限公司是天津市食品，调味品行业的新兴企业，是天津市乃至国内为数不多的拥有自主知识产权的民营食品企业。自建公司以来，坚持食品卫生严格检验原则，注重食品，调味品的产品和口味的推陈出新，新品品种不断涌现，产品卫生质量始终如一，赢得了海内外用户的高度赞扬。我公司以科技创新为导向，以国内知名的大专院校为技术依托，聘请了国家名教授郑鹏然，王笃圣先生等食品行业的专家为我公司的技术顾问，协助我公司从事研制开发新品工作。目前我公司已经从过去的单一产品，发展到了适合国内外不同地区，不同风味的八大系列，80多个品种，产品行销美国，澳大利亚，新西兰，香港等国家和地区，在国内十几个省市的40个城市形成了良好的销售网络。
随着科技发展和实力提高，我公司又研制成功了国家级火炬项目--悬浮强力淀粉，填补了国内外的空白，且该产品已经申请了国家发明专利。此外，在发酵剂，加钙淀粉，风味炸酱，风味虾酱，营养蛋白等领域在产品和外包装上也申请了专利保护，形成了独特的知识产权保护壁垒，为我公司的进一步发展打下了坚实的基础。

BRIEF INTRODUCTION
Honglu food
factory is a new enterprise in the food and flavoring industry of Tianjin and it
is the fewer ones that own their knowledge properties in Tianjin or even in
China.Since foundation of the factory it adheres to the principle of strict
health check of its food products paying great attention to weeding through the
old to bring forth the new so as to develop new food and flavoring products
continuously in so many years. It has won high praise from customers at home
andabroad because of the consistent health quality of its products. Led by
scientific and technologicalrenovations and based on the well known universities
and institutes at home and abroad the factory has invited the well known
professors of food and flavoring industry in China to be the technical
consultants,such as ZHENG Peng-ran and WANG Du-sheng who are engaged in
helping to develop new products. The factory's product is developed from the
monotonous one in the past to now the 8 major series of over 80 kinds that are
suitable to various customers in different regions and countries in the world.
The product is being sold well in varied countries and regions, such as
Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong etc. In China the sale networks have been well
established in more than ten provinces and 40
cities.
With the development of science
and technology and the factory's strengthening it newly develops the product of
suspended starch with brute force that is thestate torch program of China and
fills the blank both at home and abroad. The factory has applied to the state
patent bureau for invention of thenew product. In addition, thefactory has
applied patent protection for its ferments, Ca-added starch, fried sauce with
special flavor, nutritious protein and external wrap etc. All this forms a
protection barrier for its knowledge properties and lays a sound foundation for
its further development.
The factory is
equipped with sophisticated facilities and has made an elegant production
environment. A full scale check center has been set up with scientific check and
monitoring menchanism for its food products thus you can trust every product
made in the factory.
