基础设施 Infrastructure

    园区内土地实行使用权有偿出让，出让期50年。基础设施包括：道路、供水、排水、供电、供热、供气、通讯、宽带等，设施完备，随时可供用户使用。

    The land policy in the Park is implemented as the land use right payable lease and transferring, the tenure is 50 years. The infrastructure in the Park is complete: roads, water supply, drainage, power supply, heat supply, gas supply, cable television and telecommunications are available at any moment.

    道路：干支路宽16-12米之间，均按国家二级公路以上标准设计施工，路面为沥青砼。

    Road: the main bituminous roads, 12m-16m wide, are all constructed according to the National Class II Standard.

    供水：园区建有水厂，可24小时提供标准自来水。

    Water supply: there's water plant in the Park, tap water supply is all-day available.

    排水：区内雨水、污水均可顺畅排放。

    Drainage: rainwater and sewage are discharged swimmingly.

    供电：华北电网为园区供电，可为用户提供10KV电源。

    Power supply: the power is supplied by North-China Power System, can offer the consumers 10KV power supply.

    通讯：数字微波、光线电缆、分组交换、数据专线等现代化通讯设施齐全，可直接办理国内、国际的邮政电信业务。

    Telecommunications: the modern communication facilities are complete, digital microwave communication, fibre and cable, switch network and DDN make the communications such as domestic and international postal and telecommunications in the Park direct and expedite.

    供热：区内均采取集中供热取暖方式。

    Heat supply: the manner of the centralized heat supply is adopted in the Park.

    供气：提供管道天然气（陕气）。

    Gas supply: the pipeline natural gas is provided in the Park. (The gas is from ShanXi Province.)
